Parchment paper
Parchment paper is generally used as a substitute for baking sheet greasing, steaming or cooking in enclosed bags. It is recommended to use it under temperatures up to 250 °C and any direct contact with heat source should be avoided. Our premium double-sided parchment papers may be used repeatedly and they have higher grammage as our competitors provide. Therefore, our parchment papers do not tear so easily and have higher lifetime.
They may be used mainly for the following
- Cake baking
- Meat roasting in the oven
- Roasting of side-dishes and vegetables in the oven
- Proper base when preparing sticky dough
- May be used in a microwave oven as a substitute for bowls’ and plates’ covers
- Thanks to our parchment paper, you will be able to separate defrosted meat or fish chops more easily.
- You can use parchment paper also between cake layers.

Standard size
Parchment paper in rolls
Standard paper grammage is 40 g/m2 and its maximum paper width for processing is 80 cm. Standardly, one roll contains ca 50 – 70m of parchment paper, following the size of winding. Windings may be adjusted according to the customer’s requirements.

Parchment paper in sheets within one roll
Minimum sheet size for a roll is 30 x 30 cm. May be packed into small boxes or foils.
